Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
2Looks like they have an agenda going on with the selection process.
Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
3The media love-in with Wrexham is going to be sickening next season.
Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
4There has always been an agenda against those of us in East Wales. Always last ti be mentioned, if at all, on BBC radio and/or TV.
Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
5So the L2 Golden Boot winner misses out to two strikers who are playing a couple of tiers below their capability at bankrolled clubs.
Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
6In fairness right to include players from the national league of Wales BUT to not include Dom Telford - Penybont who had a great season (losing out in the end of course) have a case too...there is this odd idea of BBC Wales that is 'why don't 'County fans engage with us?!' - why do you think guys?!Chepstow'sFine wrote: May 9th, 2022, 11:43 am Picked by Owain Jones, Andy Legg and Kath Morgan. Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
7If you base your pics for Strikers purely on goals which they've presumably done for Mullin and Declan McManus then it stands to reason you would pick Telford. Piroe is a great player but isn't in the top 3 of Championship goalscorers. It just looks like they've purposely omitted County players.
Re: BBC Radio Wales Team of the Year
8Surely they could have avoided this issue by allocating one place to each of the top four Welsh teams and completing the eleven from wherever they wish.
