Re: Guess first fixture
17It was no contest mate. Caldicot were home and Quo could not breach their solid defence. In fact, they were static, they didn’t move around at all and they paid for it. Most partisan, noisy home crowd I have ever heard. Quo eventually went Down, down, in fact they went down the dustpipe.OLDCROMWELLIAN wrote: June 16th, 2022, 11:05 pmWho won? I'm guessing Caldicot castle. Very strong defensively I understand.pembsexile wrote: June 16th, 2022, 10:20 pmNo, we had Mansfield home first game a few years ago. Same day Status Quo played Caldicot castle.

18Yep it has to be Mansfield away

20Chwarae teg. Good use of analogy. We'll never keep this up for another 6 weeks though.pembsexile wrote: June 17th, 2022, 8:28 amIt was no contest mate. 21Stole my thunder there! mind you it'd have been the only Newport County game BBC Wales covered this season! (slightly unfair as they bury our commentary on FM)
Re: Guess first fixture
24I'll exchange my guess for a wish. Hartlepool away which gives the opportunity of a mini break in Whitby and a day return on the train for the match.
