Re: County v Hungerford
16For Hungerford those two games are local Derby's, so I guess they wanted to cash in on those two, in preference to County, rather than have a run of too many home games.
Don't understand your concern if say we had a inter squad friendly/ training session we'd have to pay for the facility and it's used by us for training anywayowlsabout wrote: July 14th, 2022, 7:26 am Why would Hungerford book dragon Park for training venue this is a non league side ! It would have cost us like spytty cost us to use their facilities. Incase you have not noticed we don't actually own anything. Everything training games cost us .so my point once again is why don't we play them away like last season like undy like Weston-super-Mare like torquay like FGR .playing behind close doors against a team 6 tiers below us costing us money . Is crazy .just getting over covid recession is coming no cup run last season if its wasn't for sky and the Premiership giving us over 300k last season we would have run at a loss . We have been very lucky last 3 seasons with cup tv play offs ,earning millions this money won't last for ever so let's no waste it .
