I'm no fan of Charlie BUT in fairness it may be a case of not duplicating staff roles as he now has the 'royal household' staff so doesn't need many of his own...sad for those losing their jobs of course but we'd all be complaining if the state subsidized royals were spaffing cash about I'm all for fewer staff for the royals tbh!

It's a legal requirement he can't win if he didn't give notice he'd had been vilified as well
