In the few minutes visible on the U-tube extract I was very impressed with the contribution of Charlie McNeil. He came with a very good reputation for goal scoring but here he showed an excellent touch and quick understanding of the situation. I think that, if he is given a full run in the team, then after his first goal to help his confidence he could well go on a goalscoring run- something we really need at the moment. I think he is better bet than Kavanagh.
