Re: Man of the Match Wimbledon home
2Difficult call in what was a below par team performance. As in most recent games, close call for me between Charsley and Lewis.
Gone for Charsley, purely for his goal.

3Lewis. Best player on the pitch.
Demetriou, worked hard his only competition.

6Definitely our player. Not sure if he's contracted for next season though, which is concerning if not, that he may receive a better offer.UPTHEPORT wrote: March 15th, 2023, 11:12 am Gone for Lewis again lovely player.

Re: Man of the Match Wimbledon home
7It is not an opinion I agree with but my thanks to OC for giving the reason for his vote. And it is all about opinions. However this is a mystery to me and I would love to know the reasoning for this.
How can anyone who watched last night's match vote for anyone other than Lewis as man of the match? Is it like ski-jumping? Marks being awarded for style? As in I would of voted for Lewis but I thought Norman was particularly well groomed, the way the floodlights set off the gel in his hair being especially chic.
Lewis was just so much better than anyone else on the pitch. Come on.

8Charsley for me. Huge workrate, skilful, gets into the box, scored again.
Lewis was excellent but his end product isn't great. Too many crosses/corners either over-hit or not beating the first man.
