I've no idea who or what is responsible for comms at the moment but the days of "we're a bunch of amateurs trying our best" should be over now, and that's one of the easiest things to reseolve. I'm sure Mr Jenkins knows some competent public-facing comms people along with all the other experience and contacts he has.

4It's very easy to get it right. The fact that the club can't be arsed to do that shows the contempt they hold us in.

5It's good news in general but the statement itself makes us look like a bunch of buffoons to anyone with a grasp of grammar. Hey ho, it's up the football league we go! Maybe we can improve our literacy along the way!
