I'm travelling to Newport on Saturday from Essex not getting there till 2pm.
Can I buy a ticket at the ticket office that late?
Has the ticket office moved from just inside the gate.
Thanks.
Re: Stevenage ticket
3Think you're still OK up to kick off time. There always seems to be people at the ticket windows when I go in with my season ticket alongside the ticket office, which is now down by the Bisley entrance, where the shop used to be a few years back.

4Daughter always uses this service ….. works a treat every time. She prints her off but I’m pretty sure you can just click on the link and use that ?Jack wrote: October 28th, 2021, 2:59 pm Would a digital ticket be easier?

6Yes, it's superb. You can simply screenshot the ticket once you've purchased or access the link via the purchase email and they will scan your phone on entry. Re: Stevenage ticket
7Jack, just an idea, is it worth putting this ticket link up on the main page as a permanent link to all those who want to buy electronically? I had a look at it and I think I will use it next time I go instead of rushing to the ticket office in plenty of time. As you say, it’s easy peasy.
Covid pass and ticket all on the same device.

8I'm surprised that it's not more widely used. I'll take a look at putting it up permanently as a button.
