My objection to Day returning was the length of contract he was given. Surely three years wasn't necessary. I agree he is unlikely to improve any more now. But I thought that his blunder was more a lack of concentration rather than a miskick. I find it difficult to remember another County keeper doing something as poor as that. Agree that this passing the ball back and forth within shooting distance of our goal is dangerous and I wish they would stop doing it.

Some of the responsibility for Swindon scoring should lie with Dolan. I can't believe Day would have passed the ball if Dolan hadn't been calling for it. They were very close together and , when Dolan gave it straight back to him, Day had even less space to clear it, hence the clearance straight to a Swindon player.

On reflection, I think you're right. The place looks ugly enough.
As I recall, our fans were locked in before release at the end of the game at Crawley, whereas at Lewes the bill stood behind us during the match.
I don't remember any pleasantries on either occasion!
