Suggest running up and down on the spot for half a minute would be a good warm up routine

3Grid needed I reckon. Otherwise…….tomorrow, got it in one, and Tuesday, and Wednesday. However, we are County fans and we will be honest unlike supporters of other clubs.

Personally I think grid to be posted. I’m sure no one is sad enough to cheat on this.. are they? Anyway, average 4 today.
