Just to check… Mrs and I both do this every day. Rarely actually compare the word only the score. Today compared the word and they are different!
Mine begins with F and hers with S
Any comments?

For what it’s worth, today’s word started with an S

Just looked up about this. Would never have got the original (F) so the replacement suited me. Hope none of our entrants failed because of the change.

Seems it was changed because of the original being deemed to be currently politically sensitive.
