Maybe another season with Adams as manager didn't appeal to him. Is he any good, if not, being local(ish) doesn't matter.

Edit: To answer my own question, just looked on the Morecambe forum and they speak well of him.

I would say yes, he stepped up to L1 and they wanted to keep him. He's the sort of player who turns up in the box unnoticed. Just turned 30. Was with Cardiff but long before Rowberry.

The rule of clubs only being aloud to loan out a maximum of 8 players to 'international clubs' could hit Swansea and Cardiff hard because they are affiliated to the Welsh FA , like us, loaning players to any Premier or Football League club is an 'International transfer'

Absolutely no chance that Rubin Colwill joins us. He's broken into their first team and is probably going to the World Cup in November.

My thoughts exactly,a backward step for him.We have just signed three strikers so,no room for Watters unless,the rumour of Collins going out on loan is true.

I wonder if we might be interested in taking Plymouth’s attacking midfielder Panutche Camará on loan? Not heard his name mentioned but he’s in the last year of his contract and may have fallen down the pecking order now Azaz has joined and Danny Mayor seems to be a regular. Just a hunch this one rather than something I’ve heard.

Unless he's some connections with kardiff he's got no chance

The feeling was that he was certain to move on to better things, but his form dipped a bit later in the season, and there wasn't a queue to sign him. I suspect his agent may have touted him with too high a wage tag and he's been left high and dry.

Now he would make a cracking free transfer / loan signing. I’ve watched him play many times and he’s just what we need - can hit a cracking free-kick and corner, scores a few as an attacking midfielder plus he excels at being a ‘sh1thouse’ player who winds up the opposition and their fans.

Bit odd that his manager feels he needs to defend him as "a good human being", makes it sound like it's not what everyone thinks!
