Couch to 5k

Just started really enjoyed the first work out not done any running since my 40s want to start refin again only local stuff this time

Good for you UTP, I’m still refereeing local games beyond my 40s. Prefer a good walk to running but would recommend the Keto diet for referees of a certain age as an easy way to shed weight and eat sensibly

Sadly, lager is acceptable in moderation but not proper beer

Second workout yesterday no ill effects seems a very good plan

On my second week it's a very good plan not getting sore muscles etc
