'Promotion season' and '22/23 promotion winning season'

Just the small matter of 44 football matches to play. What a bunch of absolute clowns.
They don't help themselves do they? their supporters must be realising now that its a case of 'all fur and no knickers' and they have become a laughing stock in Wales all very slick and 'hip' yes but on the pitch its not matching up - I think the hoorah and publicity stunts have been done now - my advice to Wrexham - just be low key until Christmas and if you're ten points clear by then by all means book the open top bus

This is a long but excellent watch, to see what the mighty Wrexham are up against next season. I think this is the latest in a series of films about Dorking Wanderers who were only formed 23yrs ago as a parks team, I’m trying to find the previous films as I’ve heard good things about them.
Looks a really good if a little 'non league' set up and nice town as well - Surrey FA use their ground as their HQ as well (https://www.surreyfa.com/meadowbank) my feeling is Dorking almost don't want to get league football but they are indeed a Solihull type of set up in that while small and in a small town with a lot of local competition for fans (counter intuitively that can help as on 'away' weekends they may well start to draw in fans of local 'bigger' clubs as a second team) they have the backing and infrastructure to compete.
