Who could forget this one. The Rodney Parade pitch was snow covered and over one hundred supporters, including myself, congregated to clear the pitch. It was cleared in time for the match to go ahead. Barrow, who were bottom before the match, humiliated County. Goals from Matthew Flynn late in the first half and from Danny Rowe midway through the second half earned  Barrow an unexpected three points.

County were ahead at the break thanks to Scott Bennett's strike midway through the half. Barrow's leading scorer Scott Quigley leveled the score around ten minutes after the break.
With around seven minutes remaining, Midfielder Jamie Devitt, who had previously had a loan spell with County, scored what proved to be the winner.

Interesting that you feel we need more midfield cover on the bench rather than a striker.
Last Saturday Wildig would have suited us better,we ended up losing Evans’ energy upfront and had Bogle strolling around and not working for the team.Twamley could give us a goal threat pushing on down the left.Bogle hasn’t done anything for months, one goal from open play in 20+ games, hardly a striker.
