He’s getting to the latter stages of his career now but I thought Mark Randall was one of the unsung heros of the 2016/17 great escape. He hit some really decent form in the defining stages of that season and it would have been interesting to have had him stay on.

Lee Minshull was let go at least a season too early and I’d like to have seen more of Medy Elito as well.

I'd love to have a fit Mark Byrne back at the County but apparently he's injury prone now. He's currently playing for Crumlin Utd (in Ireland not the one by Pontypool).

He gave the midfield a bit of quality but also a bit of bite. County have needed both since he left.
