Shaun told us at the second meeting that getting trust information across was a huge problem, due to misinformation.

Another word for misinformation is people like you and Stan telling lies...................

Quite why we now have you and Stan who is not a member of the Trust, but could have been just in order to vote, now trying to get trust members to vote against the trusts chosen candidate, we can only imagine....................

The trust will all but disappear in terms of running the club, and you want caos to prevail. I wonder why that might be?
I don't see anybody overtly asking people to vote against the chosen candidate. Am I missing something?

If the resolutions do get voted down, chaos will not prevail, the Board will probably have a second go at bringing the members along with them before seeking new members for the Board so that they can step down. If we believe what we have been told that there are no cash flow issues we may miss out on one or two players in the January transfer window but that is about it. On the other hand there may be an opportunity to steady the ship, bring in fresh ideas and go looking for a better option from a safer position. They really don't help themselves having messed up royally now expecting people to vote for their choice without revealing anything about the alternatives and trusting them to then negotiate the terms of an agreement including what percentage of shares will be given away.

They have lost the trust of a number of members and seem to be doing little to earn it back.

The problem is mate is that he brings out the worst in everyone he comes across on here and is always the first to throw out insults about lying etc. it should have been sorted by moderation but we have to accept that it obviously isn’t going to be. I’m torn because I happen to think he’s more to be pitied than blamed, it’s not worth getting involved but it’s bloody difficult sometimes.

Nobody’s trying to get anyone to vote against anything , they are merely asking for information on BOTH bids.
And for the record nobody wants chaos at the club, though it arrived nevertheless.
You apparently are like Dr Pangloss , apparently believing that we have the best possible board administering the club in the best of all possible worlds.
Some of us would beg to differ and no, before you repeat your nonsensical mantra, it doesn’t make us liars, it just means we’re not idiots.

I'm pretty sure it was all over fb too, long before it was on here.
I was sent copies of it. Sixtyyearfan can whine all he likes, if it hadn't been communicated on Social media how would I have known?

There are any number of people who seem to want to shoot the messenger. Funny how they all want to do so without having the courage to say who they are.
Nope, it was you first, you either made it up or you were fed the nonsense by your incredibly erratic source. Either way it makes you a massive liar. And now you have revealed yourself as a grass as well.

As mentioned by another poster the losing bidder may not wish to have the details released, or they may not want the idea released. If the 75% is not reached for the preferred bid, the losing bidder would have a stronger case for being the preferred bid at another meeting.

Anyone who ignores what has been stated officially at the meetings, I.E. the benchmark for facts, to keep regurgitating things that they can't substantiate, are producing nothing but misinformation - lies.

So to pretend that the club has been mismanaged in a time of covid, in a time of pitch renewal, in a time of spending due to reaching the playoffs, knows exactly what they are doing, and it's not to tell the truth. Particularly as RP will be costing US more, and that has been badly mismanaged, but not to OUR benefit.

I'm happy to just rise above it but try & educate him too. There must be a sad explanation for his poor relationships with just about everyone else on here. He's sent many to AllthingsCounty but hes got no chance with me. We all know what to do with bullies - stand up to them.

Morning Ian,

You're right about bullies, you do need to stand up.to them. Although as you might of gathered bullying me is a waste of their time.

Just one thing though. SixtyYearFan lost it because I touched a raw nerve. Deep down bullies dislike themselves. I don't suppose he is a bad person, just one who lacks self esteem.

Yup! When you're confident in your own skin, you know that when they insult you instead of staying on topic, that they know they've lost the debate. Feel immensely sorry for them. Think I've identified about 4 on here now but maybe it's the same person backing his/her other pseudonyms up?

Again we get things that can't be substantiated, to hide the fact that the director's are not allowed to build up funds to use, as they see fit........

So everything that they actually spend money on that is positive, is completly ignored. Furthermore it is mentioned further up in this thread (incidentaly titled sadness by the opening poster) that directors who are volunteers should put their hands in their pockets because they are millionaires ...............

Well, you do understand that we will be moving from an era where a charitable trust has run the club, to one where like every other club the directors are paid.......

Ha that’s interesting. Deep down Bullies also like to partake in gaslighting to deflect from their own egregious behaviour. My self esteem is its fine thank you, however I’m not sure yours in in good shape because whenever you come across anyone prepared to challenge your lies and scummy behaviour, you crumble. You’re a liar, a grass and youve damaged our great club and continue to do so to feed your own narcissism.

Called the police on the club yet as you promised, grass?.
