Somehow Flynn screwed a long contact extension off Swindon so he will walk away with a good payoff when he's sacked..

I can't see him being there long because the natives are starting to turn on him already......I will be shocked if he's still there by the end of January.

Yeh agreed. I’m starting to see some of the Swindon faithful turn on him on the socials. Their Chairman’s statement over the last couple of days would make me incredibly worried if I was a fan. He’s basically speaking out of both sides of his mouth; ‘bla bla security, bla bla looking to sell to anyone’.

I think their is more vitriol towards the Swindon owner than to Flynn. Considering their terrible recent form, four points from the last eight games (and that awful cup defeat) they have a decent number of points. The complaints seem to be about a lack of depth in the squad and a concern that the owner is running out of funds.

Yes Flynn must be under pressure now. Couldnt get much worse than Saturday.

It makes you wonder at what point they’d push the button on him & Hats. Presumably if they are gearing up to sell then it makes it harder if they’re languishing in the bottom half.

He probably put a rumour around that Gillingham were interested in him to play them along to offer a new deal,usual stuff from Flynny,he is good at that as we found out.GC also takes the credit when we win and blames the players,injuries ,the board and his brother when we lose.It is typical manager speak.
