Yes, silly money would be good. Yet personally don't think Evan's technique or ability is good enough for the championship, and would be surprised if any club at that level makes a bid for him. Not that I haven't been surprised before.

Such a shame that for the first time in years we've got the prospect of profiting from a decent young player, but it will go into the pocket of a private owner.

Well, if there is an offer you can bet that it will be derisory. However, the, soon to be, new owner may be more street-wise when it comes comes to being seen off by any 'big time Charlies.

Who starts these rumours ? if Swansea or Huddersfield were interested why would they alert other clubs by announcing an interest.GC has said that he is interested in a few players,he hasn’t named them,that would be unwise so who at Huddersfield has said anything,no one .

It happens ALL the time. Agents usually. Also clubs trying to make it easier to sign said player by putting it out there that they are interested.
